Shanaka expertise lies in in ICT/Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Solutions/ Applications development & designing, Process Re-engineering, Agile Based Deployment, Dev-Ops, ERP enablement, IT Infrastructure, Business Continuity Management, Project/Program Management in complex environments. Shanaka is the current President of PMI Colombo, Sri Lanka Chapter (Project Management Institute, USA) and was among the 35 candidates who were selected to PMI Leadership Institute Master Class (LIMC 2019) in the USA. Leading MBA/Msc/Project Management visiting lecturer for more than 16 years’ at many reputed state & private universities such as University of Colombo, University of Moratuwa, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, The Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL), Sri Lanka Military Academy, NIBM, APIIT etc.
