Rajkumar is the Founding President of FinTech Association of Sri Lanka (FASL) and has participated at a number of international forums (in India, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Vietnam) as a speaker, moderator, facilitator and as  a judge. Rajkumar is also the Founder and CEO of Asian FinTech Academy (AFTA) which organises “Asia Digital Finance Forum & Awards” annually conducts Executive Programs on Fintech, Blockchain enabled Digital Assets and Artificial Intelligence in Finance. Rajkumar is the Founder and CEO of Ambuli International, a consultancy firm which focuses on Digital Assets.
