Randil is a Chief Digital Officer at Nations Trust Bank PLC, began his career in Banking and Finance in 2003 and has held various leadership roles in Sales, Cards, Consumer lending, Retail Banking, Business Management, and Digital. Randil is an MBA holder and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. Renowned for consistent results, Randil currently spearheads the digital journey of NTB, driving strategic growth initiatives and overseeing External and Internal Digitalization as well as Frimi and related eco systems at Nations Trust Bank. Randil played a pivotal role in establishing the bank as the largest issuer of credit cards in Sri Lanka and is recognized for his team leadership and pioneering innovative initiatives in the industry.
