Mireille Makmur is an Analytics Enthusiast & Design Thinking Practitioner. Born and bred in analytics, she has always thought that data is the king, until she learnt that a more powerful combination tool for decision-making does exist; data + customer journey. She enjoys choreographing experiences across different platforms by putting customers at the center of the innovations and augmenting the use of data contextually in journeys. A life-time learner who believes that when one teaches, two learn. She spoke at many events on the topic of data/CX and became a guest lecturer for Service Design. She is certified in Human-Centered Design and formerly certified as a Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance. She is willing to go extra-mile to make things happen and together with business teams, Bank Danamon achieved 1st rank (Excellence predicate) in Indonesia Best CX-EX Strategy 2024 by SWA. She was also the finalist of Indonesia Young Woman Future Business Leader by SWA.
