Melisa Hendrawati

Melisa currently serves as CFO / Finance Director of Superbank. Prior to this, she was CFO of payment fintech OY! Indonesia and Head of Credit Risk & COO of DBS Bank Indonesia.

She is active in several organizations, including Director of GARP Indonesia, BOD of CFA Society Indonesia, Co-founder of Indonesia Women in Finance Club, and Vice President of NTU Alumni Association Indonesia.

Melisa has received numerous accolades, including Indonesia Most Extraordinary Women Business Leader 2025, Indonesia Best CFO 2024 by SWA Magazine, Top 500 Most Outstanding Women 2025, Top 200 Future Leaders 2025 by Infobank, and Indonesia Women Influencer 2023 Award in Financial Services.

She returned to Indonesia in 2014 after banking roles at JPMorgan Singapore and Citi Singapore. Melisa holds a Bachelor of Business (Actuarial Science) and MBA (Finance & Strategy) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a CFA, FRM, CA, CPA (Aust), and ASEAN CPA, contributing as an international keynote speaker and guest lecturer.
