Jef Lacson is a results-driven Chief Financial Officer with nearly 20 years of experience leading financial transformation, governance, and capital strategies across Asia’s financial services and fintech sectors. Currently serving as CFO of UnionDigital Bank, he is driving the bank’s strategic pivot by derisking and rebuilding its lending portfolio, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting capital-raising initiatives for long-term sustainability. His career includes regional and country-level CFO roles at Pacific Cross International, AIG, QBE, and Nat-Re, built on a foundation in risk and technology advisory at KPMG.
