Annie Caw is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CIMB Bank Philippines, where she leads strategic human capital initiatives including Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Business Partnership. She began her career as a Management Trainee at UnionBank of the Philippines, where she was immersed in all facets of banking—gaining hands-on experience and developing the mindset essential to understanding the real meaning of work. Since joining CIMB in February 2022, Annie has championed a people-first culture focused on simplicity, efficiency, and practical HR solutions that drive business results. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, she has held senior roles at East West Banking Corporation, BDO Unibank, Globe Telecom, and Maybank Philippines. Annie holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Management of Financial Institutions, from De La Salle University.
