Previously, Ruban was part of the founding team at Digital Nasional Berhad, where he architected cybersecurity controls for Malaysia’s MYR 16.5B 5G initiative. As the nation’s first 5G telco security architect, he played a pivotal role in defining enterprise security frameworks and implementing threat detection and monitoring for the national wholesale 5G network serving all major telcos.
