Philip is a Partner at SGV & Co./EY Philippines, currently serving as the leader of the Cybersecurity Field of Play. With over 30 years of extensive experience spanning academia, professional services, and executive leadership as a Chief Information Security Officer. Philip has held prominent cybersecurity leadership positions, including serving as the CISO for financial services institutions across the Philippines, the Asia region, and North America, particularly in New York. He is also pursuing a Doctorate in Information Technology, where one of his key research interests focuses on the adoption of Post-Quantum Cryptography.
